SHIPPING POLICY
At Mane Hair Boutique, we aim to process and ship your orders as
quickly as possible to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Processing & Dispatch Time
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders
placed on weekends, public holidays, or during salon closure periods
may experience delays and will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our dispatch targets, unforeseen delays may
occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier issues, weather
events, or public holiday backlogs). If your order is delayed, we will
notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service
used. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but these
are not guaranteed.
Salon Closure Periods
During annual shutdown periods (e.g. Christmas/New Year), order
processing and dispatch will resume once the salon reopens. Notice of
these closures will be posted on our website and/or social media
channels.
