CANCELLATION POLICY

Colour Services Cancellation Policy

As a small, independent business, we truly appreciate your support and custom. To help us manage our time and resources fairly for all clients, we require a 25% deposit when booking any colour services.

This deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your final bill on the day of your service.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

  • With 24+ hours’ notice: Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment or refunded if required.

  •  With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment:

    • Your deposit will be forfeited.

    • We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the full service fee in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.
       

Legal Rights

Under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, service providers are entitled to recover genuine costs associated with missed appointments or late cancellations. Our policy reflects the time, preparation, and materials allocated specifically for your colour service.
